The Platinum Experience

Celebrant and Master of Ceremonies

The Platinum package includes the following:

    1. Zoom call Meet & Greet to make sure she is the right fit for you and vice versa!

    2. Planning Meeting online or face to face that is normally 1-hour to map out the ceremony based on the couples ideas and wishes.

    3. All legal paperwork witnessed and

    4. A "Ceremony Planning Kit" will be given to the couple to help with vows, readings, ring exchanges, and overall timing issues. The kit also includes question and answer segments for the couple to help Nuala write a personalised introduction and unique ceremony script. Including scriptwriting assistance with vows or speeches.

    5. Unlimited communication via email, phone, or text to fine tune the ceremony to the couple's wishes.

    6. Full ceremony draft sent to couple for approval.

    7. Onsite or online rehearsal.

    8. A professional PA system (BOSE speaker with Seinnheiser microphone) set up to ensure all guests are involved and enjoy the event.

    9. A carefully choreographed ceremony

    10. Nuala sends the couple her dress catalogue so they can choose what she wears for the day to compliment the theme!

    11. All legal paperwork and lodgment online to BDM.

    12. Nuala works closely with photographer, venue staff, dj and of course couple to make sure the timing runs smoothly throughout the afternoon/evening.

    13. She is available for up to four hours post ceremony, depending on availability

    14. Nuala introduces speakers, couple, runs proceedings for the afternoon/evening. The guests appreciate only listening to the one voice and instructions for the day and the couple has already built a good rapport with her so it makes it an easy process.

The Gold Experience

The Gold package includes the following:

Elopement Experience

Extra Fees

These are fees agreed upon in advance or of happenstance during the event.

  1. Any Unique additions agreed to by both parties (i.e. extra AV needs)

  2. Travel Expenses
    $.75 per kilometre outside a 25km radius from Varsity Lakes. Tolls and parking in addition.

  3. Marriage Certificate (to change your name)
    $56 paid directly by you to Births, Deaths and Marriages.

  4. Venues inaccessible by car/bus whereby a water taxi, airplane or other mode of paid private transport must be done in order to enter or exit venue.

  5. Overtime will be charged at $50 per 15-minute increments in excess of the standard ceremony duration. (1-hour is built into the Platinum & Gold Experience).

  6. Accommodation and expense for overnight stays due to timing or distance from base.
